WHO ARE WE?
Gender Advocacy & Women Resource Centre (GAWRC) is a not-for-profit-making, women-led women’s rights organisation established primarily to research, promote and advocate for the protection of women’s rights and children’s rights, as well as create awareness on gender issues, equality and analysis.
GAWRC has, through its executives and team, worked with governmental and non-governmental agencies to achieve its primary objectives. It has continued to impact the wider justice sector through research projects, advocacy work, legislative reform and intellectual support services to various justice sector bodies.
